Fair Use Policy

At cmdform, we want our free plan to be generous enough for most users to get the full experience without having to constantly think about limits. Our pricing is designed to be simple and transparent, so you can focus on creating—worry-free.

To make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone, we’ve set the following fair usage guidelines:

Form submissions: Up to 30,000 per month

Uploaded data: Up to 30 GB per month

Email notifications: Up to 30,000 per month

If your usage occasionally bumps into these limits, that’s totally fine. But if it consistently goes beyond them and starts to strain our systems, we’ll reach out to chat about a better-fitting plan.

Custom Plans for High Usage

When your usage grows beyond the fair use thresholds, we’ll work with you to create a custom plan tailored to your actual needs. These plans are billed quarterly in advance and designed to scale with your usage—no surprises.

If a custom plan isn’t the right fit for you, no worries. We’ll give you plenty of time to transition and help ensure a smooth handover so there’s no disruption to your work.
